DHH2 Enterprises is committed to keeping our communities safe and clean. To assist us in this commitment, all residents are required to sign agreements stating that they will keep any occupied unit free of, and prohibit acts of, crime and drug use on all DHH2 Enterprise properties and keep all units bed bug free. 

All DHH2 Enterprises properties are smoke free and pet free. Smoking is not allowed inside any of our properties. Pets are prohibited on all DHH2 Enterprises properties, inside or outside of the unit. 

Some DHH2 Enterprises properties are HUD eligible. Tenants are responsible for taking all steps required to receive HUD assistance.

DHH2 Enterprises Leasing Criteria

  • Income 3 times rent (net monthly earnings)
  • Credit score 550 or higher
    • 500-549 and/or No Credit History (requires co-signor and first month rent, last month rent and full deposit at move in)
    • 499 or under – unable to rent
  • Good rental history
  • No violent felonies / no sex offenders
  • No eviction history / no balance owed to former landlord
  • No bankruptcy (past 7 years or pending)
  • Non-refundable application fee for background/credit check
  • Deposit and other fees (pets, etc) may apply
  • Rental Insurance is Required / Liability Coverage of $100,000 for the duration of the stay
  • Age 21 or older
  • Viewings by appointment only
  • 12 month lease only

The following items are required to process your application.  We cannot process the application until all items are received.

  1. Completed rental application. Complete the application by clicking HERE.
  2. State Issued ID or Passport. We cannot accept expired IDs or passports.
  3. Proof of income. This includes any of the following:
    1. Three (3) most recent pay check stubs.
    2. If you receive Social Security, Retirement Income or Disability Income, we need an award letter that is not older than 90 days.
    3. If your recurring income is direct deposited into the bank, we need three (3) months of bank statements to show steady income.
  4. If you are receiving rental assistance from an agency, the corresponding paperwork will also need to be submitted with the completed application.

  6. After all information has been received applicants will be emailed a link for a background and credit check. This must be completed and the fees must be paid by the applicant.
